Anna, Madge, Beattie and Gavin work in the wardrobe department of the Alexandra Theatre. Chasing impossible deadlines and dealing with prickly impressarios, Anna heads a close-knit, tightly run ship. Her dedicated team will stop at nothing to ensure the show goes on in time. Sadly, when the theatre is threatened with closure, all their hopes and dreams are shattered and the fabric of their lives is torn apart.
